Substitutes Guidelines:

1. All subs must be 21 and over.

2. All subs must come from the approved CFL sub list. New subs may be added to the list at the end of each session and should be rated during a consolation game. Subs off sub list (not in a current team) must pay $10 sub fee before game time.

3. ALL SUBS MUST BE APPROVED BY CFL LEADERSHIP TEAM.

4. All substitute players must be present and in game prior to the completion of the first half. No subs will be permitted after. Exceptions can be due to injuries.

5. Shin guards are strongly recommended but are not required. Your shins..your choice.
